We have two recreation passes, the Rec Pass and Rec Pass Plus. They give access to facilities at locations all over Calgary. No signup or cancellation fees.
Heritage Annual Pass holders (Escape level) and Heritage Club members are entitled to complimentary parking at Heritage Park, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Once you have added and activated your licence plate(s), you can park one of your activated vehicles at Heritage Park each time you visit with no need for further action.
If you lose your membership card, you can get your card reprinted by visiting the ticket window at the North Gate or by contacting Guest Relations at (403) 232-9300, extension 2, daily from 9am to 5pm, or emailing GuestRelations@CalgaryZoo.com. If you lose your card within one month of renewal, you can receive a complimentary card.
1-month and 12-month term passes (Recreation Pass and Recreation Pass Plus) 1-month term pass ‘renewals’ may only be purchased 29 days in advance of the next month. 1-month term pass must be purchased within one month of Fee Assistance expiry.
With parking added to your Heritage Park membership, you can park one vehicle with an active license plate on your ParkPlus account.
You can renew your membership online on our website. If you renew your membership during the 30 days after your membership expires you will receive a 15% discount. To renew your membership follow the below instructions: Visit Parkvisit.ca Under ‘Visitor Type’ select Membership Renewal Under Membership #: type your membership Code.
