If you have a My PRESTO Account (registered card) you can report your lost card by calling PRESTO’s Contact Centre at 1-877-378-6123 or by visiting prestocard.ca. Your PRESTO card will be cancelled and your TTC Monthly Pass will be transferred to your new PRESTO card. You will be required to purchase another card for $6.
