Five Nights at Freddy's 4. Five Nights at Freddy's 4 (FNaF 4) is a 2015 point-and-click survival horror video game made and published by Scott Cawthon. It is the fourth installment of the Five Nights at Freddy's series. The game takes place in the bedroom of a child, where the player must avoid attack by nightmarish animatronics that stalk them.

Plushie Honk
Just like the first, second and third game, clicking on the Freddy Fazbear plushie's nose will emit a honk sound.
Bedside Items
There is a 1/100 chance when viewing the bedroom that one of three items will appear on the bedside table located to the left of the bed; a vase of flowers, a pill bottle, or an IV drip.
Nightmare Foxy Anti-Cheesing
If the player stares at the Bed for fifteen seconds and refuses to turn around, Nightmare Foxy will attack the player, resulting in an instant Game Over. This occurs in any night; even in levels where Nightmare Foxy is normally not active, such as Night 1, Night 5, Nightmare Fredbear's section of Night 6, Nightmare's/Nightmarionne's section of Night 7 and Night 8, or the All Nightmare/Nightmarionne challenge.
William Afton
If the player walks back from the Dining Area where Fredbear and Spring Bonnie's shadows are to the front lobby of Fredbear's Family Diner, the Backstage door will be open, and William Afton will be seen helping an employee into a Spring Bonnie suit. The door is then quickly closed. This can only occur in the Post-Night 2 minigame.
Fredbear & Friends Television Show
Standing in front of the television and pressing the ENTER key while in front of the television of the Crying Child's house will display scenes from the "Fredbear & Friends" show. This can only occur in the Post-Night 3 minigame.
•It was a common misconception that honking the Freddy plushie's nose fifteen times would cause Nightmare Foxy to instantly attack the player. This is simply correlation, as it's actually based on time spent staring at the bed, and that is around how many times the player can honk Freddy's nose before Nightmare Foxy attacks. In reality, staring at the bed for fifteen seconds will trigger this event.
•If the player achieves the flowers, pills, or IV drip while the Freddles are occupying the bed, they will instantly pop into existence as soon as all the Freddles are gone. This also applies if Nightmare Fredbear and Nightmare/Nightmarionne are occupying the bed.

- Nightmare Freddy. Nightmare Freddy is a mutated and heavily damaged bear animatronic. His fur is torn in many areas, leaving exposed metal and parts of his skeleton out in the open.
- Nightmare Bonnie. Nightmare Bonnie is a heavily damaged blue bunny animatronic with dulled and damaged fur, jagged teeth, and haunting eyes; all complete with his little red bow tie.
- Nightmare Chica. Nightmare Chica is a terrifying and heavily damaged animatronic, carrying the same nightmarish features as the other characters, such as sharp, jagged teeth, long claws, and dark, sunken eye sockets with creepy glowing pupils.
