Scav house (best imo) and around the trainyard (brick building by the railroad) are propably the safest places, just wait till the players leave the spawn area and then start picking off scavs with a suppressed weapon from a concealed position.

I’ve done some general searches for when player scavs spawn in for each map, but they all seem to reference an older patch. Is it roughly the same time span? Or is there a more up to date location I can look to?
Oct 30, 2019 · They would always spawn in a fairly tight group so they were easy to run down and hunt. Not sure if that is still the case. If you are taking your time killing them they will stack up quick and are drawn to gunfire.
