Seals are passive mobs that can be found in Beach and Frozen Ocean biomes.
Seals are semi-aquatic and can survive in both land and Water.
Seals are lazy and will spend most of their time lying down on any nearby Sand or Ice blocks.
When a Seal is swimming in Water, they are often seen circling harmless aquatic creatures.
If one Seal is attacked, any nearby Seals will panic and flee into nearby Water sources. Polar Bears and Orcas, are currently the main mobs that are capable of attacking them.
•If a Seal is named "He was" or "He was forced to" then it will have a crying face and the background of its name will become white.
•Before their textures changed, these mobs originally had completely different sounds, their original sounds composed of barking and yapping loudly. This was changed in the new update, possibly due to how loud and annoying the sounds were. Their new sounds are now composed of breathing, and wheezing noises.

1 new blocks and items were added to Minecraft 1.18 java edition. Caves and Cliffs - Part 2. An update so big they split it in two. Almost all the blocks and items where added in 1.17. Caves and Cliffs part one technically added most of the blocks and items to be found in 1.18 but they are not found in world until part two.
