The Bachelor of Arts music major is the liberal arts program of choice for many of our students who wish to combine scholarly studies spanning a broad range of courses with music, or to pursue a major that can combine readily with a second major program in another field.
The faculty serves a student body of approximately 300 undergraduate and 150 graduate music majors, as well as hundreds of non-music majors who are pursuing music minors, taking classes or participating in one of the school's many performance ensembles.
