Dec 21, 2021 · ELMIRA, NY (WENY) -- A documentary television series will take a look at the 2003 prison escape from the Elmira Correctional Facility. The History Channel docu-series 'Great Escapes with Morgan Freeman' will profile the prison escape on an episode airing Tuesday, December 21st at 10PM. In the series, Freeman explores real-life prison breaks.
