Your best bet is run a few offline raids on a map with the tarkov wiki map for that level on your phone or another screen. Identify the primary landmarks (every map has a few) and where they sit in terms of the level layout.
This seems much more possible since it would be the raid system and maps we have now, but basically with limited map choice based on where you extracted.
