With 1.19 the config options now have moved to a config file "%appdata%/.minecraft/config/ilikewood-common.toml" by default. You no longer need the dummy config mods as listed below for 1.18.2. Config (Only with 1.18.2)

This mod adds wood variants to blocks that should have them but don't and new wooden blocks.
Configured is a simple and lightweight mod that dynamically creates configuration menus for every mod with a supported config system. The mod was initially created due to the removal of Forge's built-in GUI system but it has now expnaded in features and supported modloaders.

I downloaded the latest java a few minutes ago, and I'm using the 1.16.4 Forge within the Minecraft launcher, and these three mods are all within the "mods" folder, and they are the only mods in the "mods" folder. Any idea how I "install" these? I tried opening them with Java SE, but it didn't work.
Oct 9, 2020 · I Like Wood mod will add to Minecraft 1.16.5/1.15.2/1.14.4 six new types of fences to minecraft – all of them from a new type of tree (those that can be found in vanilla Minecraft) – jungle wood, regular and dark oak, acacia and birch and spruce.
You change the server config, which only exists in memory on the client. Server config is sent to the server, there it is saved to the actual config file and reloaded on the server. Server sends the updated config to all other connected players, where as mentioned it's only stored in memory.
