Lincoln Christ's Hospital School is an English state secondary school with academy status located in Wragby Road in Lincoln.It was established in 1974, taking over the pupils and many of the staff of the older Lincoln Grammar School and Christ's Hospital Girls' High School (established in 1893), and two 20th-century secondary modern schools, St Giles's and Myle Cross.

I attended the Lincoln School 1948-1956, and would be delighted to hear from any acquaintances, friends, even enemies, of that vintage, especially fellow-member of RC and VI Classical (1953-56). After leaving school (one of the saddest days in my life), I read Classics at Nottingham University, graduating BA (1st-Class Honours) and PhD.
While Lincoln School’s history can be traced back to 1090, the other three schools were formed relatively recently; Lincoln High School in 1893 and the two secondary modern schools in 1933. Therefore, the story is a complicated one. This section of the website will develop considerably in the years ahead.
