Our normal opening hours are 09:00 to 17:00 Tuesday to Thursday; 09:00 to 16:30 Friday. We are also open until 21:00 on the first or second Thursday of the month. We do not open on Mondays, weekends or Bank Holidays. Please also see our Contact Us page for details of other times we might be closed.

As the reception area is a large open space, smells from food and drink consumed onsite can travel, even into the searchroom area. The nearest shop is about 3 minutes’ walk away with limited parking should you need to drive. The nearest indoor places to eat are in Reading town centre, which is about 10 minutes' walk away.
