Hardy Lake State Recreation Area. 5620 County Rd 350 E, Scottsburg, IN. Hardy Lake is a 2,100-acre park with a large lake, campgrounds, a beach, playgrounds, basketball and volleyball courts, an archery range, hiking trails, fishing piers and open play-fields (and, ice fishing in the winter months!).
Hardy Lake's interpretive naturalists travel throughout Indiana to offer programs with these permanently injured birds of prey for schools, scout groups, camps, churches, and private events.
