Meal Benefits. 24-25 Letter to Household (English) 24-25 Letter to Household (Spanish) Plano ISD participates in the federal meal program, which provides free and reduced-price meals for students who qualify. Families who may qualify for meal benefits are encouraged to complete a federal meal application for the 2024-25 school year.
Funding. Plano Independent School District, Food and Nutritional Service is 100% self-supporting and does not receive local tax support. The only sources of revenue are from federal and state reimbursements, money paid by students and adults. These revenues pay for labor, benefits, food, supplies, equipment, and repairs.
