Sep 24, 2024 · This month, The Dog Penn opened as a full-service bar and off-leash bark park at 2614 Penn Ave., former site of the Joseph Labriola Sausage Co. Weiner dogs are welcome. Hours are 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 11 a.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday (no dogs after 10 p.m.) and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday.
