Dec 27, 2022 · Both the chronological and the release order for the Dishonored series are same. There’s only one definitive order to play the entire Dishonored series, which spans across three standalone games and a couple of expansions.
Death of The Outsider serves really well as the final capstone of the series - playing through the games and their DLC’s in chronological order (and thus also the order of their release) is the best way to do it imo.
