Oct 5, 2023 · I just noticed in the flyer for Ontario starting Oct. 5, No Frills is now offering Rain Checks on their current flyer deals plus 10% back in PC Optimum points. Freshco and Food Basics already offer rain checks plus 10% off the price so this isn't as good.
