Aug 7, 2020 · Looking for TOTL headphone advice from all you knowledgeable folks here. After much research, I have my choices narrowed down to the Focal Stellia, the ZMF Verite Open (or Closed) and the Meze Empyreans.
Mar 30, 2022 · In terms of detail retrieval and resolution, the empyrean was about equal to my current daily driver - the Focal Elex. The soundstage on the other hand was noticeably wider and deeper, much more comparable to the Arya in that regard but the imaging precision wasn’t up to par with the Arya or even the Elex for that matter.

Oct 13, 2019 · To be clear, I liked the Empyrean— full/lush sound sig with a surprising amount of detail from an overall warmer tonality. I just prefer a more neutral signature. I find my Utopia a bit ‘sharp’ — probably similar to what you heard from Stellia.
