I wouldn't count it as the worst since there's a level 3 rig of the same inventory size but It does cost more than the 6b3tm and has 2 less slots than it so there really isn't a situation where someone should be bringing it into raid. I would say irrelevant is a more suiting word.

Blackrock, LBT Load Bearing rig or Tactical Alpha rig, theyre both pretty good and im pretty sure they all have a 2x2 spot. Although i think the cheapest is blackrock and most expensive being the LBT, but it has 2 2x2 spaces. And it is also only 3x3 unlike the other 2 being 3x4. Hope this helps. Theres also others but they dont have the 2x2 spaces.
