I wouldn't count it as the worst since there's a level 3 rig of the same inventory size but It does cost more than the 6b3tm and has 2 less slots than it so there really isn't a situation where someone should be bringing it into raid. I would say irrelevant is a more suiting word.
Was using armored rigs and have recently started wearing some Trooper armor and just looking for rig recommendations. (Feel free to drop recommendations for armor/rig combos for a lvl 29 with a decent budget.
