All the other services I looked at only supported 4K with some sort of streaming device. Even Prime Video doesn't support 4K on a Windows computers.

Oct 27, 2022 · There are a couple of things to point out: Netflix only offers 4K and HDR with its "Premium" plan for a whopping $19.99 per month---the standard $15.49 plan is capped at 1080p. Paramount+ also restricts 4K to its "Premium" plan, but it's only $9.99 per month. The other services include 4K in their standard pricing.
