Oct 1, 2024 · Environment Canada's weather web site provides official weather warnings, current conditions, forecasts, and weather models, for public and marine areas in Canada. Canadian weather RADAR, tropical storm tracking, lightning activity, UV index, and AQHI index values also available.
Access historical weather, climate data, and related information for numerous locations across Canada. Temperature, precipitation, degree days, relative humidity, wind speed and direction, monthly summaries, averages, extremes and Climate Normals, are some of the information you will find on this site.
The Daily and Hourly climate datasets provide daily and hourly data for a suite of climate variables from station data across Canada. See the technical documentation on the Climate Normals 1981-2010 for more detailed information on this dataset.
Data taken from the Climate Data Online Website may be admissible in court without certification by Environment and Climate Change Canada. If certification of the data by Environment and Climate Change Canada is required, the Climate Service offices can supply that information at a nominal cost.
