  5. Disc Golf Strong is totally worth it. I originally started because they had an exercise addressing shoulder pain from throwing forehands and it worked great for me, which led me to explore more of their content. It's a great program for building strength and mobility and will undoubtedly improve your game and overall experience. Give it a try.

  8. It's not about stamina, but can give you the basis/tools to achieve your goals. I haven't done any disc golf strong workouts but they seem focused on mobility, core strength, and shoulder stability. I don't think they do a lot for cardio.
