  5. It's a scam. Red flag #1: Paying $40/hr for "data entry" with a very vague job description. Red Flag #2: No legit company is available 7 days a week for hiring. They would take the weekends off. Red Flag #3: The website doesn't match the company name. It's missing "s" in the domain name.
