It's a letter claiming someone with the same last name died and left 9 million dollars unclaimed. They used a legit law firm's name and contact info except for the email which is emphasized to trick you into emailing the scammer.
The groups are: Harris, Eckland, & Associates and The Graham Group, LLC. Both are requesting a copy of my DL as well as allowing them limited POA in order to claim the funds on my behalf and mail them to me.
