Like Orchender, who uses expert spells in 4 schools, and has 2 other abilities no other Dead Thrall can do. ('Teleport', and 'Vile Vapors') Leave Orchender's corpse anywhere, and he will never disappear.
Dec 3, 2016 · I like using the dead thrall spell but whenever i fast travel they usually dont follow with me so they seem to get 'stuck in the world' somewhere without any way to track them. This causes a list of dead thralls in my active effects list it keeps on getting bigger and bigger. Also its weird how i can have many thralls at once instead of just 2 (i have the twin souls perk)..
The Unofficial Dawnguard Patch, version 1.2.1, fixes this bug. You can use setstage DLC1RV03 10 to fix this once you have gone through all the vampire quests. Another fix is to get some fortify pickpocket potions or armor and pickpocket the Incriminating Letter from Feran Sadri and then place it on the victim's body.
