Good question! Our DFB Team of reviewers consists of dedicated Disney fans who are in the parks daily. We do like to bring friends with us to help us eat, but in those cases we ALWAYS try everything. We’ve been reviewing Disney food for many, many years, so we have a strong sense of context when we review new items. Our team is substantially trained on how we judge and review food items.
