The Harrison House on Main Street in Branford, Connecticut was built in 1724 by Nathaniel Harrison 2nd (1692-1760) having received the land from his father Nathaniel 1st (1658-1727). Nathaniel 1st was the grandson of Richard Harrison who settled in Branford from New Haven in 1645. The two Nathaniels were active in town and colony affairs.
