Mar 12, 2020 · Since Verizon FIOS does not use Modems, you are provided access to the net via Spectrum. Verizon FIOS will add in an ONT. From the ONT there will be a TV wire that connects to Verizon's MOCA Router.
Sep 25, 2023 · If the signal levels are bad, a box swap won't fix this! The tech will use his/her meter to determine the quality of the signal coming through on those channels. If the reboot does not fix this, the only way to get this resolved is to set up a service call. Satch
I’ve been having problems with my Spectrum TV repeatedly changing channels without me doing anything. I have no idea why it’s doing this but I’m guessing it has to do with some kind of signal interference with the satellite or something.

Ask yourself: why am I canceling? Think it through: did you have a bad experience? Does the service cost too much? Or maybe you want to go cold turkey and get rid of cable TV altogether?
I received an e-mail saying they Verizon is sending me a new set top box at no cost and likely a new router as well if I read their e-ail correctly and it appears that there will be no charge. I read in tech forums that I will have to ship back the old equipment of course.
Mar 30, 2022 · I'll be watching a station, then either pause or change the channel and it'll say "channel unavailable". This happens daily now. I previously tried rebooting the cable box, but it keeps happening.
