I am trying to open my Microsoft Word App on my IPad, but it only opens to a black screen with icon or a symbol of a page or a sheet of paper with four blue lines, darker at the bottom and lighter at the top, and the icon of Microsoft at the bottom of the screen. I cannot get it to do anything. I click on it, but nothing happens.
