Aug 25, 2023 · Bell has been a festival partner since 1995 and has its name on TIFF's downtown headquarters, located in the heart of the entertainment district on King Street West. Bell spokesperson Ellen Murphy says those naming rights end when the sponsorship expires at the end of December. Murphy says the communications giant opted not to renew the contract.

Aug 28, 2023 · The Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) has confirmed the end of its nearly three-decade partnership with Bell at the end of this year. In a statement to Playback Daily , TIFF’s VP, public relations and communications, Judy Lung, said that the decision was “mutually agreed” and the festival will work with the company in “new ways.”
