Feb 26, 2022 · Ensure that Steam can still see your 2nd drive, visit settings, and check the library manager, if it see it can try right click, and do repair, afterwards restart steam, and see if issue resolve itself. Ensure you have enough space in the first place for the 2nd drive for whatever you're trying to download.

Jul 3, 2021 · I have been using my "windows on a stick" drive to play Steam games for a while now (thanks for the video @Mockduck).I have been very satisfied, and found I can get the great majority of games running, provided that I take some of the steps mentioned above (tone down performance settings and upgraded ram).

  7. Jul 19, 2021 · Anyone else have an issue or am I doing something completely wrong. I have an external ssd that I formatted per atari instructions and that went off without a hitch. The issue is only when I play steam. Games I tried were Fire Pro World, Roller Coaster Tycoon World, Parkitect, Deus Ex, and Game Deb Tycoon.
