A WalMart employee doesn't have this sort of public trust, so pretend away. With all that said... your actions certainly matter. If you use a lie to enrich yourself unjustly, that's fraud, and is most certainly illegal. Pretending to be an employee is just one of many ways to lie.

I understand getting people together for a union is impossible at Walmart. But you do understand there’s a huge amount of people that want to unionize because they’ve personally watched you salaried managers fail the open door policy time and time again.
