  4. Whereas 'kk' seems more engaging. I remember a scene from 'Girl With The Dragon Tattoo' (Fincher version) where Lisbeth says 'hey hey' instead of just 'hey'. I would compare it to that. But since I was first exposed to 'kk' in an MMO context, it seemed 'happier' because of the people I associated it with.
