I’m making a class based rpg system basically the original heroes rpg server but overlord themed with more to it. I’ve created 12 basic classes, 6 magic 6 melee type classes but overlord contains over 2000 classes so I wanted a few more to make it more fun.
It’s the same story that moves nowhere and has 0 real impact. Some people say “ooh, but the interesting thing is how the world is impacted by momonga’s actions” and yeah, I agree with you, on the first 2 seasons it was interesting but seeing the same shit after so many years, it gets boring.
OP characters are bad in shows where the point is to watch them grow and battle, and claw their way up to the top, the main reason why you'd watch Overlord isn't that, it's WorldBuilding, and what-ifs, and character development, all of which aren't actually impeded by the MC being OP, but are enhanced.
