Ah I see, I decided to change to DX11 here to see if it's the performance mode and it really is, thank you for telling me! Thought it was just another Intel HD issue in Fortnite, but I'll have to stick to performance mode otherwise my game is unplayable but it's not even that much of a problem at the moment since I got used to it already lol, but I hope they will fix it.
However, my PS4 Pro players can see about twice as far and my PC players with specific settings can see all the way across the entire map as if the fog doesn't exist. It blows my mind why the fog is tied to the graphical settings. It makes an excellent map, completely useless and unplayable do to a MASSIVE advantage for certain players.

Heavy fog could make things real hard to see, just like in real life, but it looks like Fortnite has removed heavy fog from all the game's core modes. Fog can still occur but it won't be so dramatic anymore. Therefore, light and medium fog can still occur in Fortnite.
