What I have concluded: If you see the "Set THX Spatial Audio as default device" message in the bottom of the Mixer tab in Razer Synapse, and then click "Set Default" and if the message remains, the problem does NOT get fixed. Sometimes clicking the "Set Default" will remove the prompt and fix the issue, however this only worked for me one time.

The problem is that RZTHXHelper.exe won't start automatically when we boot up our PC so we need to do it manually by double clicking it everytime we boot up our PC. all we need to do to fix the THX spatial audio application mixer won't detect app is just by double click on RZTHXHelper.exe, it's located in C:\Windows\System32.
