  7. i dont think its a must but its probably recommended so lil kids dont report the project, also worth noting that as others have said if its too scary it might be banned or you might be banned so be careful. all the fnaf-like games ive made have non-loud noises and arent very horror centered, probably why they havent been banned and only hidden.
