    Actually on LCD game will look worse when you set lower resolution. Use FSR/DLSS since those upscalers will be better then monitor would scale it (or "regular" scaling via gpu will do). The only drawback is when you have ultrawide and want to set 16:9 resolution with black bars - this cannot be done.
