Antenna are pretty standard so if could borrow one you could test to see if the antenna is bad. Otherwise you are going to have to replace the card. I ended up replacing the antenna.

I have followed the instructions on the manual for the antenna by screwing into both the ports, but there seems to be no antenna found when checked in the Device Manager.
