Jul 18, 2021 · Bootcamp Keyboard and Mouse not working Hi, I’ve just finished installing bootcamp (on a external hard drive) on my MacBook Air 2018. I’ve run Setup.exe from C:/Windows Support/Bootcamp, and restarted as it requested, however neither my built in keyboard or mouse is responding. Please help!

I have however noticed the @ and " symbols have swapped places. Even weirder is that the 2 and the ' symbol (the regular functions of both keys) are mapped correctly.

If both OS X and Windows have the same language, and the OS X side provides the correct character, try using the Windows on-screen keyboard and check which key generates the "@" character.

Feb 15, 2016 · Go to "Add Bluetooth or other device". Find the wireless keyboard and click on it. When prompted for a pin, enter any 6 digits on the computer's internal keyboard and press CONNECT. While it says connecting, enter same 6 digits on the external keyboard and press enter. It should successfully connect.
