Drag the map folder from desktop to Saves. Reload Minecraft. Before trying this, double check and make sure your file is "unzipped."

Mar 19, 2016 · Your map is .rar and must be extracted. When extracted, all of these kind of files in a folder must be required: There should be a level.dat file. Which is important. Cut the foder and paste it to the saves folder. Be noticed that your map doesn't shows at the top of your singleplayer section, so find the map and play it.
Feb 18, 2022 · I tried to load to my minecraft modded survival world as usual, but today it didn't load. I tried fresh install and everything, but nothing seems to work. When the game crashes it will give me exit code -805306369.
Later I got windows 10 edition, and was hoping to transfer the map over to the pc. I was able to get the file on my computer, but when I try to import it into minecraft, it will say "importing world", load, and nothing will happen. The world never shows up. I have tried reloading minecraft, but this did not work either.
Worlds not showing up are caused by a corrupted level.dat file; luckily, the game makes a backup of this file every time it saves (including periodic autosaves) and it may not be corrupted; you can go into the saves folder and rename level.dat_old to level.dat, replacing the original level.dat.
