Mar 13, 2020 · For the third time now I've experienced, out of the blue, "Opera not responding" a couple of seconds after opening. Checking resources via Task Manager, shows High CPU & Memory usage and Very High Power. This last time, I downloaded the latest version and upgraded, to no effect.
Mar 29, 2019 · I have tried to install the Opera Browser onto my upgraded WIN10 system. It will not finish to give me a working program and I cannot find any error or suggested manner to get this program to install and work as it did prior to the new WIN10 build.
