Apr 8, 2020 · Every week or so, when I start Opera, it opens the "setup complete" Welcome page and signs me out of literally everything. How do I make this not happen?
If not, you can goto https://auth.opera.com/account/signup?service=auth to do that part. Then, in Opera, goto URL opera://about and take note of the "profile" and "cache" paths. Then, close Opera and delete the profile and cache folders to start all over with Opera.
