Sep 25, 2014 · Your "--alt-high-dpi-setting=96" trick works for me right now (Opera 30), but of course it doesn't allow me to set Opera as my default browser given any "out-of-shortcut" startup doesn't fix the issue.
Opera is the only browser I have this issue with, it's literal trash. I cleared some cache, and it's STILL slow. I just switched from Chrome to Opera for security reasons, which makes me want to switch back with how slow it is crashing. Im on MacBook.
This problem started with Chrome. The top menu became very large in size like someone lowered the resolution of their monitor which makes everything look bigger, or set the DPI settings too high.
