Sep 1, 2021 · Carla Essner of New Hamburg, Missouri, who was elected Aug. 4, 2020, as the Scott County assessor, officially began her four-year term as assessor on Wednesday, Sept. 1. at the Scott County Courthouse in Benton, Missouri. Essner was recently sworn-in to the office by Scott County Clerk Rita Milam.
