Sep 17, 2016 · I buy all the houses and build the 3 homesteads as well. All the houses vary in size and number of rooms. The homesteads are all basically the same with minor outside item differences but you can build different rooms onto them if you choose. I think the largest house available is in Solitude, it's massive.

My usual go to is Lakeview Manor in Falkreath Hold. I just love the scenery. Myrvatch is ok I could do without the load screen going to the lab area though. I think the riften house is my favourite lots of vendors close by. I went with white run just bc it’s the 1st house you come a crossed and the trade is good.
