I noticed that almost all late night shows and talk shows, such as Seth Meyes, Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel, Ellen, etc. all stopped uploading videos to YouTube. Some like Kimmel, Conan and Ellen stopped uploading for 3 days, and only contined 1-2 days ago, others have zero uploads in 6 days now.
