    So, to add to this. I did some testing. I have a 4K LG TV (webOS) which has the youtube TV app. I'm having issues with local TV channels , mainly CBS and FOX, they stop playing and eventually freeze or play some frames and then pause then some more frames then pause again. I tested it on my RokuTV and no issues. I tested it on my PC, no issues.
