Since you clear so much faster, youll be lvl4 and theyll be low health so thats usually a free kill. Youre ganks are meh and you cant rly solo drakes early so focus on herald and keeping 10 cs min wich is not that hard. Overall its weaker than mid zed but id say it has bigger 1v9 potential in good games thanks to move speed from blue smite.
