Long story short, just be careful with Wayfair. If you run into a “ghost transaction” don’t try ordering that item again with an alternative payment method. You have to call into Wayfair and have one of their representatives place the order for you.
This is one of the poorest online shopping experiences I've participated in, and a shockingly disappointing exchange with customer service. Make no mistake - Wayfair is here to take your money and disregard you post purchase.
